The Handicare Assist Portal allows Hanidicare vendors and retailers the ability to track their devices with respect to maintenance and remote diagnostics. The portal allows for distant assessment of problems with any Handicare device and helps with preventative maintenance for individuals and large scale facilities like hospitals and elderly homes.
